Our Team

  • Paul Harris

    Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

    Since 2008, Paul has been involved in the commercial build out and expansion of five start-up or early stage organizations. He was the first commercial employee at start-up Slate Pharmaceuticals, Inc. responsible for building team to launch a novel, implantable testosterone therapy. He and his team delivered growth and revenue results that culminated in the acquisition of Slate by Actient Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He then led subsequent expansions and product launches that precipitated two more acquisitions before starting his own consulting firm where he continues to lead commercial build-outs and expansions.

  • Ernest Madhavan, MD

    Chief Medical Officer

    Dr. Madhavan earned his undergraduate and post-baccalaureate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. He then spent four years in genetics research before attending medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed his Psychiatry residency at the University of Washington and now practices at Soundview Psychiatric. Additionally, he holds a faculty position at the University of Washington's Department of Psychiatry. Outside his professional roles, Dr. Madhavan is dedicated to his family and has a passion for cycling.
